The form also includes its identifier, the submission page title and path, relevant product or article, collection, inquiry type, and selected campaign labels. If you open an inquiry from another page, that originating page and its title can accompany the request. Referring addresses exclude query strings, fragments, and embedded credentials. Only documented context parameters are passed along; unrelated URL parameters are excluded. Do not put personal information in campaign labels or public document URLs.
While analytics storage is enabled, the inquiry may also include the current visit’s landing page, cleaned initial referring address, visit start time, and first and most recent campaign labels. This attribution record is kept in the current browser tab, expires after 30 minutes without a page visit or renewed inquiry activity, and is removed when you withdraw analytics consent. The site does not store your form entries in that record.
