Order support

How can we help?

Include your order reference and a short description.

Prepare your support request

Order or quotation reference and buyer contact.
Affected door, panel or component identifier.
Delivery and installation stage, with dates if known.
A description of the issue and relevant photographs.
The action or documentation you need.

Keep the situation safe

If a moving door, counterbalance, operator or glazing appears unsafe, stop using it and consult a competent local professional. Do not adjust high-tension garage-door components using general website guidance.

Delivery and returns

Record package condition before unpacking where possible, preserve labels and contact us with the details. Returns, replacements and warranty responsibilities are assessed against the order and applicable requirements. Do not send goods without an agreed return arrangement.

Email [email protected] for order support. For a new project, use the quote request form.
