Door hardware and a specification checklist

Planning documents

Choose a document for the decision at hand.

A planning sheet you can use immediately, with product-specific documents requested separately.

Bring to the discussion

  • Opening type and current project stage
  • Known dimensions and unresolved decisions
  • Required format: editable schedule or printable checklist

  1. 01

    Choose the sheet

Select the opening or schedule record that fits the task.

  2. 02

    Read its guide

Confirm measurement terms and the intended document scope.

Mark assumptions and unresolved items explicitly.

  4. 04

    Request system data

Identify the actual configuration for drawings and manuals.

Technical downloads should make a project discussion clearer. The public files here are blank planning and review tools that help organize measurements, opening references and procurement questions. They are available without completing a lead form and should be read alongside the corresponding HTML guides.

Choose a planning document

Document Intended use
Garage opening check sheet — CSV Record dimensions and site conditions in an editable format
Garage opening check sheet — PDF Print a measurement record for the site visit
Door schedule template — CSV Coordinate opening references, quantities and proposed configurations
Pivot door review checklist — PDF Organize drawing and specification questions
Iron and steel order checklist — PDF Review a trial range, supply scope and order inputs

These files do not state confirmed product dimensions, prices, performance or supply availability. Complete them with your project information and identify anything that still requires verification.

Read the guide before using the sheet

The garage measurement guide explains the difference between the opening and the surrounding clearances. The door schedule guide explains opening references, units and revisions. For an entrance, the pivot specification guide connects movement geometry with construction and hardware.

A blank sheet is useful only when its entries are understandable to the next person. Record units, measurement status, date and the relevant drawing reference instead of sending an unexplained collection of numbers.

Request documents for the actual proposed system

Model-specific drawings, installation instructions, component lists and performance reports require a confirmed product or configuration reference. Ask which documents are available and what their scope covers. A general download must not be substituted for an instruction manual for the supplied system.

Order drawings may contain confidential information and are not part of this public download library. Keep customer files under controlled access and share them through an appropriate method agreed with the sales or support team.

Send a clear document request

For a new project, request a quote with the product family, country and required documentation. For an existing order, contact [email protected] with the order reference and document revision needed.

If a download is difficult to use or an alternative format is required, contact [email protected] and describe the issue. Do not proceed with an installation based on an unclear or mismatched document.

Request the configuration-specific document you actually need

Include the project or order reference, opening ID, proposed system and document revision when asking for a drawing or manual. State whether the request concerns a quotation, approval, installation or replacement component. This avoids mistaking a general catalog detail for the instructions that belong to a supplied assembly.

The blank files here support planning for entrances, garage systems and interior doors. They remain available without a lead form. Model-specific performance reports and installation instructions must be identified and reviewed for the actual proposal.
